Meet Zina — The Face Behind the Platters

Every beautiful creation begins with a story, and mine began with passion, a little uncertainty, and a leap of faith.

What began as a dream fueled by both passion and necessity blossomed into something far more meaningful than I could have ever imagined. During the global pandemic, as a single mother caring for my little one and away from work at the time, I found myself at a crossroads. It was a season that called for courage and creativity, and I knew it was time to trust my instincts and build something meaningful of my own —a business that would allow me to nurture my creativity while creating a brighter future for my family.

Creativity has always been a part of who I am. While music has always been one of my passions, I’ve also had a love for the artistry of food — the beautiful presentation, the thoughtful details, and the way a carefully curated spread can turn simple ingredients into something truly special.

So, for my 28th birthday, I decided to create my very own charcuterie board. What began as a personal project quickly turned into something more and after receiving countless compliments and encouragement from those around me to turn my passion into a business, I decided to take a chance on myself.

As someone who naturally loves to plan, perfect every detail, and think things through, stepping into the unknown was a big decision. But hey sometimes, your heart knows before your mind has it all figured out.

And well, just like that, a dream became a business, and 6 years later, here I am — still creating, still growing, and still doing what I love.

Today, I create beautifully curated picnic boxes, gourmet platters, charcuterie boards, and grazing tables, thoughtfully filled with an irresistible selection of cured meats, artisan cheeses, fresh honey, specialty jams and spreads, and all the delicious accompaniments that make every bite memorable.

But for me, it has never been just about the food. It’s about the moments shared around it, the celebrations made extra special, the thoughtful gestures that bring people closer, and the little details that turn an ordinary gathering into an unforgettable experience.

It is my greatest joy and privilege to bring a little beauty, flavor, and happiness to my community through every creation.
